This Chocolate Bliss Froyo is the perfect creamy, chocolatey, and satisfying alternative. It delivers that rich, decadent flavor without the sugar overload, while nourishing the heart brain and keeping moods stable. Bonus? It’s fun to make with kids and feels just as indulgent as the real thing!


The Brain & Why This Recipe Works 

This dessert is crafted for the Heart Brain, which thrives on connection, joy, and emotional balance.


Dark Cocoa – Rich in flavonoids that boost mood & heart health.

Recipe: Chocolate Bliss Froyo


Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced & frozen

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or raw cacao for more antioxidants)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine frozen bananas, yogurt, cocoa, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

  3. Stir in dark chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey bite.

  4. Serve immediately like soft-serve, or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer scoopable texture.
