This Head Brain Breakfast is inspired by the Mediterranean diet, which is known to support cognitive function, mental clarity, and long-term brain health. It’s packed with omega-3s, healthy fats, and protein to keep her focused, energized, and ready to take on the world.


The Brain & Why This Recipe Works

This breakfast supports the Head Brain—the center of focus, decision-making, and creativity.

  • Omega-3s (from walnuts & olive oil) = Boosts memory & cognitive function.

  • High-protein Greek yogurt = Keeps energy stable & prevents brain fog.

  • Berries & honey = Antioxidants that protect brain cells.

  • Oats & chia seeds = Fiber + slow-burning energy to stay sharp all morning.


Recipe: Greek Power Parfait with Honey & Walnuts

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or plant-based Greek-style yogurt)

  • ¼ cup rolled oats (soaked overnight for creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (brain-boosting omega-3s!)

  • ¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (for sweetness & gut health)

  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts (rich in brain-friendly fats)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (stabilizes blood sugar & enhances memory)

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 


Instructions:

  1. Soak oats & chia seeds overnight in a splash of almond milk (or water) to soften.

  2. In the morning, layer the ingredients in a glass or bowl: yogurt, soaked oats, chia, berries, walnuts, and cinnamon.

  3. Drizzle with honey & olive oil for a luscious, Greek-style finish.

  4. Enjoy immediately! 


    Optional add-ons: A few pumpkin seeds for extra crunch & zinc (good for brain function!).
