A meal to fuel your mind, steady your emotions, and strengthen your intuition. Stay true.
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa (iron-rich for brain function)½ avocado (healthy fats to support cognition)
1 tbsp walnuts (omega-3s for mental sharpness)
½ roasted sweet potato (boosts serotonin for emotional well-being)
½ cup sautéed spinach (magnesium to ease stress)
½ cup fermented kimchi or sauerkraut (probiotics to strengthen intuition)

Method
